We met Danny a year ago at an UES open house where he was the seller’s agent. We weren’t explicitly looking for representation at the time, but walked out of the open house knowing we had to enlist Danny’s help in our condo search efforts. Fast forward to today – we have the condo we had hoped for, are in the process of selling our old one, and have in Danny a trusted advisor and friend.
We have worked with a few Manhattan real estate agents over the last ten years – here’s why we continue to choose to work exclusively with Danny:
- Danny knows what he’s doing – he’s very familiar with the ins-and-outs of NYC real estate, appears to have a robust network he taps into, and a really good understanding of the (sometimes arduous) process of getting to a signed contract
- He listens and is a true partner – he took the time to understand and work with our suggestions
- Danny is very responsive and operates with a rare sense of urgency – he knew we were working with tight time constraints (baby on the way), and went above and beyond to ensure we closed in a timely manner
- He is a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to work with – he is a really great guy; we really look forward to our interactions and dealings
For what it’s worth – and we’ve learned this first-hand – #1 is table stakes and the hallmark of any competent agent; #2-#4 are the difference between a good experience and a GREAT experience.
In summary, we’d recommend Danny without hesitation. And we’d be happy to share our experience with anyone who is considering enlisting Danny’s help.
